How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with your product please note we will only refund or exchange a product if we receive it back to our warehouse within 7 days of receipt. Returned products must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Delivery charges will only be refunded when a product is found to be faulty, damaged or incorrect. Any changes or cancellation in respect of any order must be notified in writing to the company within two days of placing the order.

Please ensure product is returned in original packaging and resalable condition, as no refund or exchange will be authorised unless these conditions are met.
